great place, very helpful and knowledgeable. I just started getting into birdwatching and needed my first ever feeder. Got a squirrel buster mini to get my feet wet along with hot meat seeds. Definitely have a very large inventory and choices. Glad I visited and plan to go back soon.

I went to the Bird Watcher Supply Company location on Johnson’s Ferry. As I was parking my vehicle, I saw a gentleman near the handicap, escorting and elderly couple out. The gentleman stared at me very intensely and walked into the store. I got out of my vehicle, parked in handicap, went into the store. The looks continued, as though they had something I wanted! He asked me how could he help me? I told him a cascading solar operated watering device for the birds. He told me immediately we do not sell that. A female who came from the back she said no we don’t sell that you can go to Canton Rd. They did not seem friendly or interested in business at all. I wish I could say something positive but there’s nothing to say. Even as I stood there looking at the bird baths directly to my left, those were not available to me😐😐. They say support your local, this is my local, but I find it hard to support…. I am not a seller of bird houses or anything affiliated with them. My photos were posted to show a valid interest as to why I was there…

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing personalities from all the staff especially Judi and Tim. What is usually monotonous errands of picking up bird seed ends up being nothing but smiles and laughs. These guys are what makes this business stand out from all the rest!

I am not into ruining businesses yet wanted to approach this as helpful advice. The lady working here greeted us as if we were there to rub the place. Very cold and an unwelcome approach by her. She stared at us the whole time we were there making us feel extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I could not wait to leave and within the hour we ordered a great bird feeder off Amazon. Just lighten up is my advice. You appeared disparate for a sale. Wish I could write a more positive response which I do when warranted. Not the case here!

I just saw a review that is so inaccurate that they must be referring to another company. Bird Watcher Supply has everything someone needs if they love birds...and more! I buy all of my bird seed, suet and if I need a gift, they have something for many people, not just bird lovers... The best pair of binoculars I own came from this truly wonderful store. When we go there, we are welcomed like family. Debbie, Sue, Tim and Judy are quite helpful and it is highly unlikely they were not helpful or unkind to anyone. I can recommend shopping here and being pleasantly surprised at the nice experience.
